Open borders
for your capital
Melor acts as an institutional settlement layer — effective payments worldwide, through our network of licensed financial partners
Our approach
We cure obsolete banking
Modern business and personal capital still run on a banking system that is slow, expensive and built for another century. Correspondent banks have been shrinking for decades, leaving whole countries and corridors underserved. Our approach: fiat in, fiat out — with blockchain as the underlying technology, so settlement moves at internet speed, through licensed partners on both ends.
What we do
Accounts. Corridors. Settlement
Everything below is arranged by Melor and executed by licensed partners — one desk, one file, six instruments.
Named bank accounts
Dedicated IBANs in your entities' own names — issued by licensed partner institutions.
Third-party payments
Pay and receive on documented grounds — structured so the receiving bank accepts it.
30+ local currencies
Local rails where your counterparties actually are, through the partner network.
Crypto custody
Segregated custody at licensed custodians — never at Melor.
Mass payouts
Payroll, dividends, distributions — one file in, every beneficiary credited.
Fund bank & broker accounts with crypto
Digital assets in, fiat at your bank or broker — converted by regulated liquidity partners.
Pay corporate invoices with crypto
A fiat invoice settled from crypto treasury — screened, quoted, documented.
On/off-ramps
Fiat to crypto and back, in both directions — executed by licensed on/off-ramp partners.
Who we serve
One desk, dedicated to you
Melor is a boutique practice, built for the payment tasks of the domains we know best. In each of them the desk has deep working experience — the structure differs, the way we serve it is the same.
High-profile individuals
The service a private bank gives — for principals a private bank now declines
A passport, a profile or an industry should not outweigh clean papers and a lawful source of wealth. The file is prepared once, quietly, and matched to institutions that read it on its merits.
Family offices
One relationship. Every jurisdiction the family holds
Operating companies, holding structures, the principal's own payment tasks — one desk that already knows the structure, instead of a fresh onboarding for every account.
Asset & wealth managers
Client capital settles where the mandate says it should
Cross-border movements with crypto-related source of funds, prepared once, in the language receiving banks accept. Custody and execution sit with licensed partners; the file and the follow-through sit with the desk.
Consulting, advisory & law firms
The answer when the structure is lawful and the bank has gone quiet
You have already built the trust; we make the practical leg work. Tell us the case — the desk comes back with which licensed institutions fit, what the file requires, and how quickly accounts can open, before anything is committed. The client remains yours.
Trust operators & fiduciaries
Trust, foundation, SPV — each with its own route
Multi-tier ownership is the reason banks decline, and the thing we structure for. Each entity gets its own partner-issued account and its own documented route; nothing depends on one institution's appetite.
Import & export companies
Trade globally. Operate in your preferred currency — or in stablecoins
Both directions covered. A foreign account, opened by a partner bank, to pay your counterparties' invoices in their currency. Or collect payments from clients anywhere in the world, whatever currency they hold — we settle to your bank account in your currency or in stablecoin.
Real estate
Money arrives when the deal needs it
A foreign client who cannot get the payment for the property through? A traditional bank setup takes weeks and is never guaranteed — and the deal is at risk. We act fast: the file prepared once, the account opened and the payment executed by a licensed partner, and a dedicated manager walking your client through every step.
Relocation companies
Your client moves — their money moves with them
Relocation and immigration firms whose clients need accounts and working payments in the new jurisdiction from day one. We do not discriminate by passport.
Plain answers
Is Melor a bank?
No — and that is the design. Melor is an independent settlement advisory and coordination practice: not a bank, EMI, payment institution, investment firm or VASP. Accounts, custody, conversion and payment execution are provided by licensed institutions in their own jurisdictions. Melor advises, structures, matches and stays on the file.
Who holds the funds?
The licensed institution that issued the account — never Melor. Melor earns on the advised settlement, not on balances, so it has no reason to hold your money and no ability to.
Can you work with crypto-related source of funds?
Yes — it is one of the desk's core cases. On-chain income is documented and screened once, in the language receiving banks accept; conversion is executed by regulated liquidity partners, and the beneficiary amount is quoted before anything is funded.
How much does it cost?
Account opening — free. Monthly maintenance — free. Transaction fee — 1% (indicative: the final rate depends on the client's risk profile and the corridor).
How fast is onboarding?
Individual accounts in minutes, corporate in hours — assuming a complete document set, and always at the partner institution's decision. The desk's part is making the file complete the first time.
Tell us what needs to move
Start with the payment in front of you — a family's accounts, a supplier invoice, a deal waiting on funds, a client whose bank has gone quiet. The desk comes back with the route, the partners that fit and the documents the file needs. Nothing is committed until you decide.
